Managed IT support for Bristol businesses
Bristol’s business community is one of the most dynamic in the UK — a thriving mix of creative agencies, technology companies, professional services firms, and fast-growing scale-ups. Kaizen IT is proud to support businesses across Bristol with managed IT services, cyber security, and strategic IT consultancy.
Our Bristol office puts us close to the businesses we support — with field engineers available on-site when needed and a helpdesk team ready from 7am every Monday to Friday.
Why Bristol businesses choose Kaizen IT
We’re not a faceless national IT company. We’re an independently owned, ISO 27001 certified, Apple Premium Technical Partner with over 21 years of experience supporting businesses in the creative and professional sectors — the sectors that Bristol does so well.
We understand the technology that creative and professional businesses depend on, the pace at which they move, and the cost of IT problems that don’t get resolved quickly. That’s why our response commitment starts within 30 minutes and our engineers are available on-site within four to eight working hours.
What our clients say...
“They provided the expertise and guidance we needed, allowing us to focus on building our business — confident in the security and reliability of our technology.”
“Their team are responsive, knowledgeable and pragmatic, always focused on practical solutions that work for the business.”
