Support plans
Helpdesk support that’s there when you need it
Your team shouldn’t be left guessing when something breaks. Our support plans are built for fast response, clear communication, and continuous improvement, so day‑to‑day issues get resolved quickly and recurring problems get fixed properly.
What you can expect as standard:
- Responsive helpdesk (7am–7pm, Mon–Fri) as standard.
- UK-based support you can actually reach — with clear ticket ownership and updates.
- On-site engineers across mainland UK when hands-on help is needed.
- 24/7 emergency cover available for critical incidents.
- Proactive improvements: trend analysis, recommendations, and planned fixes — not just firefighting.
Choose the coverage that fits your business
Pick a remote-only plan, add on-site for faster hands-on support, or go fully tailored if you need dedicated time, wider coverage, or a more complex environment.
- Business Essentials (Remote only) — best for smaller teams and straightforward setups that want reliable helpdesk support and proactive guidance.
- Business Pro (Remote + on-site) — ideal when you need regular engineer visits and faster resolution for device, network, or office issues.
- Bespoke (Fully tailored) — built around your environment, compliance needs, and growth plans; add project time, dedicated ownership, and enhanced coverage.

Consultancy
A strategic tech roadmap built around your business
We help you make better technology decisions — reducing risk, improving performance, and keeping budgets predictable.
Most technology decisions feel bigger than they need to be — not because the options are complicated, but because the consequences of getting them wrong are real. Do you move to the cloud or stay on-premise? When do you refresh ageing workstations? How do you ensure your backups would actually work when you need them? And what happens when compliance deadlines arrive and your IT isn't ready? These are the questions that keep business leaders up at night — and technology that's managed reactively will always make them harder to answer. Emergency hardware replacements, last-minute compliance scrambles, and backup failures discovered at the worst possible moment are the consequences of IT without a plan.
Our consultancy service exists to put that right. We give you a clear, structured technology roadmap — one that reduces risk, keeps performance high, and makes your IT spend predictable rather than reactive. We look at every layer of your environment, from cloud and server infrastructure to device management, data archiving, and compliance accreditation, and build a prioritised plan that aligns your technology with where your business is going, not just where it is today.
Whether you're planning a cloud migration, approaching an ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials audit, standardising devices across a growing team, or simply trying to get ahead of the next hardware refresh cycle, we bring the expertise and the structure to make it straightforward. The goal is always the same: better technology decisions, made with confidence, and delivered without surprises.

IT security
Understanding your security assessment
Cyber security is no longer a concern reserved for large enterprises. Businesses of every size are targeted daily — and the most common vulnerabilities are rarely sophisticated. Weak passwords, unmanaged devices, unpatched software, and staff who haven't been trained to recognise a phishing email are responsible for the vast majority of breaches. Our security assessment exists to give you a clear, honest picture of where your business stands across every one of these areas, before an attacker finds out for you.
How the assessment works
We evaluate your IT environment across 9 categories and 36 individual controls, scoring each one from 0 to 5. A score of 0 indicates a critical security risk requiring immediate attention. A score of 5 means the control is optimally configured and maintained. The 9 categories cover identity and access, endpoint and device security, network and infrastructure, data and cloud, email and communications, resilience and recovery, people and process, monitoring and response, and security certification and compliance.
Most businesses we assess have a mixed picture — strong in some areas, with significant gaps in others. That's entirely normal, and it's exactly what the assessment is designed to surface. Rather than presenting you with a lengthy technical report, we translate every finding into plain language with a clear priority order, so you know precisely what to fix first and why it matters.
What happens after your assessment
Your assessment doesn't sit in a drawer. It becomes the foundation of your IT security roadmap — a living document that we review and update with you on a regular basis as your business evolves, as new threats emerge, and as we work through the recommended improvements together. Many of our clients see significant progress within the first 90 days, particularly in areas like email authentication, endpoint protection, and staff phishing awareness, where targeted action delivers rapid and measurable results.
For businesses at a more advanced stage of their security journey, we can also introduce controls beyond the core 36-point assessment — including zero trust network access, penetration testing across internal, external, and cloud environments, encryption standards and key management, and threat intelligence monitoring. These form part of an ongoing security roadmap rather than the initial assessment, and are introduced as your security posture matures.
Getting started
We offer a free initial security assessment to new clients as part of our onboarding process. There's no obligation and no hard sell — just a straightforward conversation about where you are today and what it would take to get you to where you need to be. If you'd like to understand your current security posture before committing to anything, that's exactly the right place to start.
