Sheffield’s managed IT support partner — since 2004
Kaizen IT has been supporting businesses across Sheffield and South Yorkshire with managed IT services, cyber security, and strategic IT consultancy for over 21 years. Our headquarters are here, our engineers are based here, and many of our longest-standing client relationships began here.
Whether you’re a growing agency in the city centre, a professional services firm in the business district, or a scale-up expanding across the region — we’re the IT partner that knows Sheffield and understands what local businesses need from their technology.
Why Sheffield businesses choose Kaizen IT
We’re not a national IT company with a regional office and a call centre. We’re a Sheffield-founded, independently owned business that has grown alongside this city’s business community for more than two decades. When you need an engineer on-site, we’re not dispatching someone from London — our team is already here.
As an Apple Premium Technical Partner and Microsoft Partner, we support businesses running macOS, Windows, or a mix of both. We hold ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification, and our engineers carry BPSS national security vetting clearance.
What our clients say...
“They provided the expertise and guidance we needed, allowing us to focus on building our business — confident in the security and reliability of our technology.”
“Their team are responsive, knowledgeable and pragmatic, always focused on practical solutions that work for the business.”
